We are looking for a passionate Engineering Lead to take our AI-powered, integrated leadership and employee development products to the next level — building them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions trusted by organizations globally.

You will be the technical backbone of A3CEND, driving architecture and product development while ensuring our current and future products are innovative, reliable, and built for scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, architecture, and scaling of A3CEND’s core products.
• Ensure enterprise readiness : SSO, security, compliance, reliability, and integrations.
• Build and integrate AI-driven features across the product suite
• Establish engineering best practices : code quality, CI / CD, monitoring, security.
• Collaborate with founders, customers and client partnership teams to deliver impactful features.
• Build, mentor and lead a high performing team of developers, engineers

What we are looking for :
