Location - Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Duration - 3 Month

The Founder Office Intern will work closely with senior management (CEO, CFO, COO) to gain exposure to strategic business operations, project management, and organizational decision-making. This role provides a unique opportunity to understand how a growing robotics startup operates and scales.

Responsibilities :

• Support day-to-day executive operations and interdepartmental coordination.
• Conduct research on competitors, markets, and technological advancements.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and analytical documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and documentation for leadership.
• Participate in strategic planning and internal communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education : Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication, or related fields. Basic skills in fabrication, carpentry, or mechanical work (preferred but not mandatory). Willingness to learn robotics, RC vehicles, and drone maintenance. Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and travel for events. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility for night shifts during event setups / dismantling.
