Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with plant authorities and key vendors to ensure continuous and reliable supply. Develop, review, and manage procurement contracts, MoUs, and long-term supply agreements ensuring legal and commercial compliance. Analyze and monitor transportation and handling costs ; collaborate with logistics teams to optimize freight, route planning, and bulk movement. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, government guidelines , and new ash sources to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with environmental, statutory, and internal audit requirements . Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely ash delivery, billing accuracy, and vendor payments.
