Role : Team Leader – Counselling (Edutech Sales)

As a

Team Leader , you’ll lead a high-performing team of

Education Counsellors

driving international education sales. We're looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of education counsellors in night shift operations.

Drive team performance, achieve sales targets, and monitor productivity.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve KPIs.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Prepare and share daily / weekly performance reports.

Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.

Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.

Promote a performance-driven culture through coaching and recognition.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in

Edutech sales team handling.

Excellent

verbal and written English communication .

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a

target-driven and fast-paced

environment.

Proficient in CRMs and productivity tools.

Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
