Key Responsibilities :
1. Offline Store / Hub Expansion :
- Identify and evaluate strategic locations for new logistics hubs or offline stores, focusing on key markets for expansion.
- Oversee site selection, acquisition, and setup processes, ensuring they align with business needs and logistics capabilities.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and local teams to ensure seamless integration of new locations.
- Drive the strategic growth of our offline hubs, balancing market demand with operational capacity.
2. Team Building, Operational Oversight :
Recruit, train, and lead a skilled team responsible for the successful operation of new logistics hubs.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team.Supervise the day-to-day operations of new offline logistics hubs, ensuring that they meet performance standards.Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to streamline processes, optimize workflow, and improve efficiency.Analyze hub performance regularly, using data to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance service delivery.Develop and manage budgets for store / hub expansion projects, ensuring effective use of resources.Monitor project costs, timelines, and staffing requirements to ensure efficient and timely launches.Skills & Qualifications :
