You will be part of our Nacora team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer +Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to oversee overall operations, encompassing the Global Shared Service CenterClaims, Local Insurance Broking operations, and the management of Marine Cargo + Liability + Employee HealthInsurance Claims.

How you create impact

• Oversee Nacora Operations to ensure process enhancement and quality service delivery to upholdhigh standards of service excellence.
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment, building motivation, andstrengthening the sense of belonging.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide, consistently seeking feedback andimplementing relevant corrective actions.
• Develop and drive strategies based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency andeffectiveness.
