Sales Executive – International (Commission-Based)

Job descriptionProven international sales experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments). Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently without supervision. Strong self-motivation and results-oriented mindset. An established international client network is a plus. Attractive commission per deal closed . Recurring incentives every month for as long as the client stays with Datman. Unlimited earning potential with no cap. Recognition and rewards for high performance.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with international experience to drive client acquisition and business growth. This role is 100% commission-based and completely remote – you manage your own schedule, clients, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Present and promote Datman’s payment solutions to prospective businesses.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Keep a healthy pipeline and provide regular updates on performance.
