• Needs Analysis :  Interviewing prospective clients to understand their financial situation and insurance needs.
• Product Knowledge :  Explaining the features and benefits of various insurance policies and products.
• Customization :  Tailoring insurance plans to meet individual customer needs and financial goals.
• Sales Targets :  Meeting and exceeding assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Client Relationship Management :  Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing ongoing service.
• Claim Assistance :  Assisting clients with the insurance claim process.
• Record Keeping :  Maintaining an accurate client management system and updated records.
