Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services.Oversee end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sourcing opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring high performance and professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and align them with business goals.Review and approve purchase orders, supplier agreements, and other procurement-related documentation.Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective measures to improve quality, delivery timelines, and service levels.Manage procurement budgets, track KPIs, and present regular reports to senior management.Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce procurement costs.Requirements :
- 8 to 12 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of cost optimization and successful negotiations.
- Experience in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
