Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer, located in Kochi. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing campus placements, providing career counseling, and conducting training sessions. The role also includes developing relationships with educational institutions and employers, organizing career fairs, and assisting students and professionals in improving their employability skills.

• Experience in Campus Placement and Education
• Strong Communication and Career Counseling skills
• Proficient in Training and Development
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
