We are looking for an experienced CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 to join our team.
β Key Responsibilities :
Work on end-to-end project execution including customer interaction, requirement analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support.
Configure, install, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
Handle customer service module and omnichannel implementations.
Analyze issues, identify RCA, and resolve technical / functional problems.
Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption.
Maintain SLAs while addressing incidents and service requests.
Work in Agile or Waterfall methodology based on project needs.
π― Required Skills & Experience :
7-15 years of in-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 modules.
Minimum 3 years as a Functional Consultant and 3 years in Technical Support.
Strong knowledge of MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Hands-on experience with Omnichannel implementation.
Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
π Good to Have :
Knowledge of Customer Engagement modules like Field Services & Project Service Automation.
MS CRM configuration and integration knowledge.
MS Dynamics certification.
Familiarity with DevOps and SSRS reporting services.
