Position Overview :

The General Manager (GM) serves as the Business Unit Head of Atluri Holdings, overseeing strategy, governance, and profitability across all subsidiaries. The GM will be accountable for aligning business units with the group’s vision, driving growth initiatives, and managing cross-functional functions (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Legal ) while ensuring the holding company achieves its revenue and profit-sharing targets.

Location :   Head Office, Atluri Ascend, Hyderabad

Reporting To :  Managing Director

Team Supervision :  Executive Managers, Department Heads (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Legal)

Working Hours :  9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (with flexibility during appraisals, audits, or major events)

CTC Range :   15 to 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Atluri Holdings and its subsidiaries.
• Monitor performance of subsidiaries and drive accountability through business reviews.
• Establish governance frameworks for risk management, compliance, and decision-making.
• Act as a thought leader, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
