Purpose : Act as primary campaign builder and owner – ensuring error free launches and strong performance during campaign flights.
Role Description : This individual is pivotal to media activations across all Paid Social platforms. They build out campaigns, audiences, and ads while ensuring launch timelines are met. This role also closely collaborates with Media Coordinators to ensure campaign preparation is progressing in timely fashion to inform building process.
Milestones :
- Quick learner with the ability to be agile during the campaign launch process
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to give direction to the Coordinator level
- Showcases ability to effectively take direction from Supervisor level
- Ability to stay organized in fast paced environment
- Maintains strong foundational knowledge of core Paid Social platforms of clients – hands on keyboard expert.
- Has completed mandatory Paid Social team training sessions.
Craft Responsibilities :
Lead the campaign building process across all major Paid Social platformsCarefully QA own work to ensure errorless builds across platformsManages Campaign Pacing and uncovers optimization opportunities to increase campaign performanceQAs Prisma and Trafficking set up and acts as coach for Media CoordinatorsAssists Supervisor with insights and data pulls to inform client deliverablesEffectively manages workload and maintains healthy communication with team members – especially those at the Coordinator and Supervisor levelBe able to vet partner solutions and understand how to execute solutions to media buys and plansBe able to execute social campaigns in the following platforms, including but not limited to : Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, Reddit et alTeam Expectations :
