Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with hands-on ERP experience. Strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts, including attributes and categories. Experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or other ERP platforms. Familiarity with Product Data Hub (PDH), PLM, or MDM systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Specialist to support our enterprise systems. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business operations forward.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot item-related issues across multiple systems and integrated platforms.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during system upgrades or implementations.
- Participate in UAT, system testing, and production deployments related to item data changes.
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems.
