About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Website Product & Digital Marketing Expert to lead our own website Website business Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving website traffic, optimizing conversions, managing digital campaigns, and delivering consistent revenue growth while owning end-to-end P&L.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, customer-centricity, and leadership to take our website business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Management
- Lead end-to-end management of the brand website - product strategy, UX / UI, content, and feature development.
- Partner with tech and design teams to enhance website performance, navigation, and conversion funnel.
- Continuously monitor analytics to improve user journey, cart recovery, and overall sales conversion.
Digital Marketing & Growth
Drive website traffic and sales through SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing, and affiliate channels.Build and execute performance marketing campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and brand growth.Own marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation across paid and organic channels.Develop data-led strategies for new customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.Business & P&L Ownership
Manage full P&L for website business; ensure profitability and growth against defined targets.Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships and expansion opportunities.Track and report business KPIs - revenue, AOV, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and repeat user metrics.Customer Experience & Operations
Lead and mentor the Customer Care team to ensure superior post-purchase experience.Implement customer feedback loops and CRM strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce churn.Collaborate with logistics, tech, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead a cross-functional team of digital marketers, content creators, and customer care executives.Work closely with product development, operations, and supply chain for smooth execution of campaigns.Desired Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Digital Business, or equivalent.7-8 years of experience in E-commerce / D2C / Pharma / Retail domain.Proven experience in scaling website business, managing digital campaigns, and owning P&L.Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.Strong understanding of pharma compliance, consumer behavior, and global e-commerce trends.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Preferred global market exposure (exports / multi-country website / global campaigns) is a plus.Statement of Purpose - Why do you think that you will fit into this rule.
