ASO & SEO & GEO Growth Specialist (Mobile + Web)

Role Objective :
To drive organic and paid user acquisition by optimising the app’s presence across App Stores (ASO) and Search Engines (SEO) while managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads,) to achieve sustainable growth for the home-services app across 15–20 cities Mainly in US and Canada.
The role combines data-driven growth strategy, creative optimisation, and cross-channel integration to achieve one unified goal — Top 3 category ranking on App Stores and Play Store #1 search visibility for local service keywords.
Key Responsibilities
App Store Optimisation (ASO) :
- Conduct deep keyword research using MobileAction, AppTweak, Data.ai, or ASO desk.
- Optimise app titles, subtitles, descriptions, screenshots, and A / B test creatives.
- Manage App Store metadata localisation for all active cities (English + regional languages).
- Coordinate with product / design teams to align store listings with app updates and seasonality.
- Track app visibility, conversion rate (CVR), and retention using Firebase, Play Console, and App Store Connect.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) :
Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for the brand website and city-specific landing pages.Perform keyword research focused on home services, local search, and intent-based queries.Collaborate with content teams to create blog articles, service pages, and FAQs that convert.Build backlink strategy via directories, partnerships, and local influencers.Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.Performance Marketing (Ads) :
Manage Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and YouTube Discovery campaigns.Optimise ad creatives and copy for better CTR and CPA.Create and manage UACs (Universal App Campaigns) targeting top converting cities.Collaborate with the ASO team to ensure ad-to-store consistency (keywords, visuals, tone).Analyse ROI and user quality from paid vs organic sources.Growth Strategy & Reporting :
Develop a cross-channel visibility plan (ASO + SEO + Ads).Create weekly / monthly dashboards for installs, traffic, ranking, and retention.Identify top-performing cities and reallocate ad budgets dynamically.Propose growth experiments (store listing tests, keyword swaps, ad creative refreshes)Ideal Candidate Profile
3 + years in ASO / Mobile / SEO / Generative Engine Optimization Growth for consumer apps.Proven success scaling an app to Top 10 in Store Category.Strong command of SEO principles, keyword intent, and data analytics.Familiar with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase, and MMPs like Adjust / AppsFlyer.Creative-copy and UX eye for listing optimisation.Comfort with performance-marketing metrics and cross-team collaboration.Tools and skills required
