We’re looking for a Business Process Consultant who can bridge business needs and technology solutions through exceptional process mapping, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help us streamline, automate, and elevate core business processes across the organization.

What you’ll do :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
• Map and improve As-Is vs. To-Be processes using BPMN
• Optimize EDM and related workflows , ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Work with Camunda, Celonis, IRIS , and Python -based scripts to drive automation and insights
• Partner closely with business, tech, and operations teams to enable seamless delivery
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and ensure adoption across stakeholders
