Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and untapped markets
- Add new distributors and expand the distribution network strategically
- Increase channel sales share by working closely with existing distributors
- Maintain a healthy working relationship with distributors to ensure mutual growth and alignment
- Provide product knowledge and support related to machinery safety and automation solutions
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports
- Ensure smooth flow of communication between channel partners and internal teams
Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years of experience in channel sales or distributor managementStrong understanding of industrial automation and machinery safety productsExperience in developing new markets and managing distributor networksSkilled in balancing distributor expectations with company objectivesProficient in MIS reporting and sales analysisStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsSkills Required
