Workday Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Security Specialist with hands-on experience in Workday security configuration and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday role-based access, security groups, and business process frameworks, along with the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance Workday security, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and support end users with issue resolution and education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday security across all modules, including role-based, user-based, and domain security policies.
• Manage and implement security groups, business process security policies, and segregation of duties within Workday.
• Analyze user access requests, troubleshoot security issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Partner with business and functional teams to understand security needs and translate them into technical configurations.
• Conduct regular audits, identify security gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure security standards and governance are upheld.
• Create and maintain documentation for security configurations, processes, and controls.
• Educate and guide users on Workday security best practices and issue resolutions.
• Complete all assigned mandatory trainings within the provided timelines.
