About the Role :

Nap Chief is looking for a Community Associate to build and nurture our community both online and offline. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and our audience, driving engagement, planning events, and creating experiences that make our community feel connected and valued.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with our community on Instagram (DMs, comments, trends)

Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events, meet-ups, and brand activations

Run creative campaigns, challenges, and initiatives that excite and engage the community

Build and manage a Customer Advisory Group to gather insights and strengthen loyalty

Track engagement metrics and report on community health and growth

• ️ Act as the voice of the community internally, sharing feedback, insights, and opportunities with the team

What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of experience in community building, social engagement, or brand marketing

Strong understanding of online community dynamics (Instagram, DMs, comments, social trends)

Event planning and coordination skills for offline initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication

Organized with consistent follow-through on initiatives

Analytical mindset to track engagement and community growth

Collaborative attitude to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and leadership
