Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement & Lead Generation :
- Proactively engage with potential customers at off-site locations (e.g., events, retail spaces, partner venues), representing the company's products and services.
- Identify potential leads , gather relevant customer information, and follow up to generate further opportunities.
- Product / Service Promotion & Communication :
- Introduce and promote the company's products or services in an effective and enthusiastic manner.
- Explain product / service features and benefits clearly and persuasively to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value of the offering.
- Address prospective customer questions, overcome objections, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Appointment & Presentation Scheduling :
- Schedule appointments , presentations, or consultations with the sales team when necessary, facilitating the next steps in the sales process.
- Marketing & Brand Representation :
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional items to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, upholding the brand image.
- Target Achievement & Performance Tracking :
- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation or sales targets as outlined by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes to track progress and performance.
- Collaboration & Feedback :
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to the sales and marketing teams, offering insights into customer preferences, concerns, and market trends.
