Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Ludhiana. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing support and training, driving customer satisfaction, and managing the sales process. Additionally, the role involves assessing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with Training and coaching team members, driving improved performance and motivation.
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement sales plans effectively.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and address customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field; prior experience in healthcare sales is an advantage.
