About the Role
You will create clear and accessible technical documentation while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other writers to support LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and services. Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation using tools like ReadMe and Oxygen XML Editor
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to explain technical concepts clearly
- Manage documentation updates using version control tools such as Git via Sourcetree
- Follow and contribute to style guides for consistent tone, structure, and accessibility
- Participate in planning, peer reviews, and content delivery across PDF, developer portals, and Help systems
- Organize and maintain documentation libraries and taxonomies
- Continuously improve content based on user feedback and evolving product needs
Requirements
6+ years of experience in technical writing or related fieldsStrong writing, editing, and communication skills for technical audiencesExperience working in agile or fast-paced development environmentsFamiliarity with APIs, data models, and technical systemsProficiency with documentation tools : ReadMe, Oxygen XML Editor, Git, HTML / XML, DITAAbility to learn new tools and technologies quicklyStrong collaboration and problem-solving skillsSkills Required
