Wok mode : Onsite (Work from office) (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview & what we look for

As an IT Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent exclusively through . You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for end-to-end technical hiring across multiple domains including software development, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps .

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
• Build Boolean search strings and use filters to target niche tech talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions tailored to specific tech roles.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Stay updated on tech trends and hiring strategies.
