We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team in New Delhi . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting and technology projects across diverse industries (retail, agriculture, healthcare, automotive, and F&B).

You will act as the bridge between clients, design, and development teams , ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable impact. Daily responsibilities include :

• Driving project timelines, sprints, and delivery checkpoints across multiple ongoing projects.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, and consulting) to translate business requirements into deliverables .
• Engaging directly with clients for status updates, requirement clarifications, and change management .
• Tracking project risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring milestones are met.
• Managing resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
• Ensuring projects adhere to UMC’s consulting ethos : structured, transparent, and outcome-driven.
