Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Steward located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Steward will oversee the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality service. The role demands a proactive approach to handling guest feedback and improving service standards.

Qualifications

Customer Service and excellent Communication skills

Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge

Experience in Training staff

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must.

Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays

hotel management is a must.
