Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RDA, marketing and production) to develop Savoury&Sweet flavour profiles that will enhance products and appeal to consumers
• Create new and unique flavours using a variety of natural and synthetic ingredients
• Conduct tests and analyses to evaluate the taste, aroma, colour, and texture of flavours
• Adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards during the development and production of flavours
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all flavour formulations
• Assist in sensory evaluations and tests to gather feedback on flavour performance
• Work closely with production teams to scale up flavour formulations for production
• Staying abreast of current trends in the food and beverage industry to create innovative and marketable flavours.
