Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and guide teams in building secure and scalable payment systems.
• Integrate backend services with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and payment gateways.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Apply design patterns and OOP principles to solve complex technical problems.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and reliability in system design.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies.

Skills & Requirements: -

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in payment services or the financial technology domain.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools.
• Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, etc.).
• Knowledge of cryptography and payment security standards.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Industry-recognized certifications.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of payment services and financial domain concepts.
