Back Office Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Kanpur. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day back office operations, supporting office operations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. Additional responsibilities include managing data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
• Strong Communication skills
• Basic understanding of Sales and Finance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
