We are seeking

Deputy General Manager / General Manager – Design (India)

to take on a senior design role with direct ownership of marquee projects. Unlike traditional leadership positions, this role will be

largely individual-contributor in nature

with minimal team management.

The focus will be on

hands-on design conceptualization, client engagement, and project delivery excellence

, while collaborating closely with business development, project management, and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial interiors, a proven portfolio of workplace projects, and the ability to independently lead design mandates end-to-end.
