Cheers to innovation and memorable experiences!Job Overview : We are looking for a creative and strategic Event Marketing Manager to lead and execute experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and consumer events within the alcoholic beverages industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the alco-bev landscape, client servicing, and the ability to transform brand strategy into memorable consumer experiences.Key Responsibilities : 1. Event StrategyPlan and execute high-impact brand events, bar takeovers, product launches, and experiential campaigns.Align event strategies with brand positioning, target audience, and regional compliance (excise norms).Develop innovative event concepts to increase brand recall and engagement.2. Creative & Strategic ThinkingCollaborate with brand and creative teams to ideate bold, culturally relevant activation ideas.Turn marketing briefs into clear, engaging event strategies with measurable outcomes.Stay up to date with trends in nightlife, experiential marketing, and competitor activity.3. Presentation & CommunicationCreate high-quality PPT presentations for internal approvals, client pitches, and post-event reporting.Clearly communicate event strategies, budgets, and execution plans.Present concepts and outcomes to brand stakeholders or external clients with confidence.Key Skills & Competencies : ✅ Creative & Strategic Thinking – Ability to connect brand goals with cultural insights and on-ground activation.✅ PPT & Visual Storytelling – Proficiency in creating sharp, visual, and persuasive presentations.✅ Client Servicing & Communication – Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.✅ Event Management – Hands-on experience in planning and executing consumer events and on-trade activations.Job location - Green Park, New DelhiShift Timing- 10 : 30am- 7 : 00pmWorking Days- 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
