Identity Governance Specialist

Job Title : SailPoint Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint engineer to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support enterprise identity governance initiatives. This includes configuring and customizing connectors to integrate with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs.
• Develop custom connectors and workflows to streamline identity onboarding and provisioning processes.
• Utilize PowerShell and JSON scripting for automation, configuration, and optimization of identity-related tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint integrations, connectors, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all IAM implementations.
• Provide technical expertise to both senior and mid-level team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
• Support ongoing enhancements and upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ systems.
