Enterprise Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Engineer to join our team.

As a SailPoint Engineer, you will design and develop enterprise identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and customizing connectors for integration with various systems, including Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs. You will also be responsible for creating custom connectors and workflows to streamline onboarding and provisioning processes.

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in PowerShell and JSON scripting for automation, configuration, and workflow development. A solid understanding of SailPoint connectors, particularly AD, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs, is essential.

Responsibilities include :

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SailPoint integrations, connectors, and workflows
• Evaluating security and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members
