Job Opportunity

A strategic professional with a proven track record of achieving outreach targets is sought to maximize visibility and reach to the target audience for UG and PG programs in designated regions.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Strategic : Design and implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Operational :
  • Responsible for achieving outreach targets for the assigned region.
  • Engage with schools, colleges, universities, tutors, and coaching centers in the assigned territory for organizing presentations and workshops.
  • Negotiate participation investments.
  • Analyze regional / national data analytics to identify trends, best practices, and growth strategies.

Leadership and Management Experience :

  • Proven ability to achieve results through optimal use of available resources.

    • External Relations and Corporate Engagement :

  • Dynamic personality with the ability to effectively engage and convince external stakeholders.

    • Personal Attributes and Style :

  • Strong commitment to the organization's vision, ambitions, and values.
  • Exceptional personal and public communication and relationship management skills.

    • Requirements :

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 6 to 12 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the education domain preferred (not restricted to exceptional talent).

    • Communication & Working Relationships :

  • Internal : All departments and functions within the organization
  • External : University leadership, professional academic networks, societies, community organizations, government agencies, schools, and colleges
