Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Network Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven Network Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electronic data exchange between TraceLink customers and their trade partners, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and secure transmission.
This role combines technical expertise, data analysis, problem-solving, and customer engagement to support the seamless flow of information within a complex pharmaceutical supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Analysis & Verification :
- Conduct in-depth research and verification of large, complex master data sets to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze structured and semi-structured data using tools like SQL, Python, or advanced Excel functions to identify gaps, trends, and discrepancies.
- Validate and reconcile customer identifiers (e.g., GLNs, GTINs) across multiple platforms and data sources.
Operations & Case Management :
Manage and prioritize workload across multiple support cases, routine operational tasks, and data verification activities.Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success) toresolve technical and operational issues.
Act as a point of escalation for complex partner and customer challenges, including datatransmission or integration issues.
Customer & Partner Engagement :
Participate in calls with customers and trade partners to resolve data exchange challenges and provide technical guidance.Educate partners on TraceLinks network protocols, data formats, and compliance requirements.Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable reports to internal and external stakeholders.Process & Platform Support :
Support and enhance processes for secure electronic data exchange using formats such asXML, SAP IDOC, and ANSI X12.
Assist in implementing and testing new workflows, APIs, or integration solutions onTraceLinks Opus Platform.
Identify opportunities for process automation and performance Skills & Qualifications & Experience :Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Masters preferred).2 - 5 years of relevant experience in data operations, network operations, or customer-facing technical support roles.Pharmaceutical or life sciences domain experience is a strong plus.Technical Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation).Working knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data.Exposure to Python for basic scripting, automation, and analysis is advantageous.Familiarity with XML, SAP IDOCs, ANSI X12 EDI standards, and integration tools.Understanding of enterprise systems and data exchange workflows.Core Competencies :
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
