Digital Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, both short-term and long-term, to achieve company objectives.

2. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

4. Manage the website design, structure, and official media content in collaboration with the design team. 5. Oversee social media management and coordinate with the design team.

6. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

7. Apply innovative ideas while understanding client reactions and feedback.

8. Track marketing results to ensure that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets.

9. Ideate and create engaging product demonstration videos and Qube Crew team interview videos.

10. Manage all growth marketing activities for existing and prospective clients.

Expectations

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

3. An understanding of marketing principles and marketing analytics tools.

4. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media management, content marketing, and email campaigns.

7. Attention to detail with data-driven decision-making.
