What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will :

Conduct proactive analysis of service data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.

Identify service risks and plan mitigation with Service Owners

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve service efficiency.

Apply knowledge of agentic agents and AI frameworks to deliver intelligent solutions to continuously enhance service operations.

Partner with stakeholders to identify and enable predictive triggers and self-service enhancements.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to align service strategies and share best practices.

Manipulate complex data sets to unlock opportunities for improvement, reduce friction and enhance productivity.

Effectively communicate technical issues / challenges to non-technical people.

Here Is What You Need

(Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years experience in an IT related field with knowledge of supporting end users with technical issues.

Experience in data analytics, preferably within a service or operations context.

Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI.

Experience using Copilot

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Awareness of internal and external technology trends.

Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment, and must exhibit a positive and professional attitude

Bonus Points If You Have

(Preferred Requirements)

Preferred exposure to AI / ML concepts and their application in enterprise service contexts.

Project Management skills

Understanding of agentic agents and AI solution delivery in enterprise environments.

Certification in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).

Experience working with Service Now framework

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Ability to work a variety of hours as the role is part of a global team with stakeholders working different time zones.
