Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.

Configure and customize Windchill according to business requirements.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

Provide technical support and training to end-users. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures.

Implement best practices for data management and system security. Participate in PLM projects, contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.

Experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL. Familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles.

Experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS. Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
