We're hiring for a US-based product company (100 + employees, Bangalore office) for a Quality Assurance Team Lead role. The ideal candidate is a hands-on QA professional who thrives in Agile environments, loves automation, and can lead a team from the front while ensuring world-class product reliability.

Role Overview

As a QA Team Lead, you’ll own the entire QA lifecycle - from planning and execution to automation strategy and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for web-application testing (manual + automation), guiding your team, collaborating with developers and DevOps engineers, and continuously improving QA standards across sprints and releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function for product releases and agile sprints.
• Plan and implement automation and test engineering best practices.
• Write, debug, and refactor test scripts; drive framework optimization.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate a mid-sized QA team; run POCs and trainings.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts (development, CI / CD, DevOps).
• Define and communicate test plans, coverage, and quality metrics.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across India + US teams.
