About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead – Quality and Test Engineering professional to drive automation, testing strategy, and quality assurance across complex financial systems and trading platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in software development, hands-on experience in building test frameworks, and a solid understanding of financial markets and asset classes.

This role involves 70% hands-on development and 30% testing / leadership . You will work with top-tier engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of mission-critical financial systems in an agile and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance test automation frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define testing strategies and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct white-box and integration testing for trading and financial systems.
• Analyze and improve existing QA processes with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Work with teams on exchange connectivity and real-time data validation.
• Lead and mentor a small team of test engineers in automation and test design.
• Manage release planning, end-to-end QA ownership, and quality governance.
• Drive test automation coverage, improve CI / CD testing integration, and optimize productivity.
