We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across the US market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process and negotiate salaries with candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
