Must Have

1. MBA in Marketing, ABM or Rural Management

2. 3 to 5 Year experience in Product Management, Marketing or Strategy

3. 5 to 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing

4. Location : Onsite at Ahmedabad

4. Belief in Sustainable Agriculture

5. Ability and willingness to travel in rural areas

6. Ability to influence and collaborate

Desirable

1. Graduation in Agriculture or allied subjects

2. Sales and marketing experience in Agri Input industry (Seeds, Crop Protection or Bio products)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute Product Strategy (4Ps)

2. Manage Portfolio of products - Seed Treatment, Soil Heath or Plant Nutrition

3. Prepare 3Y / 5Y business plans

4. Develop & implement Digital l Marketing strategy

5. Design MCM, POP visibility inputs & packaging

5. Design Demand Generation & Fulfillment Strategy

6. Conduct MR to get market, Product & customer insights
