Job Role: - Technical Business Analyst

Job Location: -Pune

Experience: - 3-5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the energy trading domain.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support trading, data, and analytics initiatives.
• Retrieve, validate, and analyze trading data using SQL and Python for insights and reporting.
• Support data analytics and migration activities, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data models and BI solutions.
• Develop and present analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Communicate complex technical findings clearly to business users and management.

Skills & Requirements: -

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the energy trading domain.
• Strong SQL skills for complex querying and data retrieval.
• Working knowledge of Python for data access and analysis.
• Experience in data analytics and data migration projects.
• Proficiency in data modeling and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong functional BA skills with the ability to work in dynamic, data-driven environments.
