Responsibilities
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Plan employee referral programs.
- Use HRIS, recruitment marketing tools.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc. ).
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
- Leading employment branding initiatives.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Requirements
