Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to attract students.
- Monitor performance and share actionable insights.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.Maintain and grow client and institutional relationships.Team Management & Coordination
Guide daily team tasks and ensure goals are met.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign flow.Improve interdepartmental processes for better efficiency.Market Research & Innovation
Analyze trends and competitor activity.Identify gaps and new opportunities for brand growth.Data-Driven Marketing
Use data to shape and improve marketing strategies.Manage full marketing cycle from planning to reporting.Skills & Qualities
Experience in marketing to students or institutions.Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.Proven success in building and executing strategies.Good at negotiation, communication, and relationship management.Self-driven, organized, and results-focused.Familiar with current education and marketing trends.Qualifications
