Job Summary :

We are seeking a driven and motivated Junior Business Development Associate with 0-1 year of experience in sales, client engagement, or business development. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of lead generation, market outreach, and client relationship management, and be eager to further develop their skills while contributing to the organization’s growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach

Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and online platforms

Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports

Maintain client databases and track communication in CRM tools

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and engagement

Requirements :

Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online lead platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,)

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : Up to ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule : Day shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language : English (Required)

Work Location : In person

Expected Start Date : Immediately
