About the Role :

Watsoo is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining development workflows, maintaining infrastructure reliability, and enhancing our CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployments. The ideal candidate should have a strong DevOps mindset, a passion for automation, and a track record of building scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
• Write robust scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell to automate recurring tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production environments.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
• Continuously advocate for automation, efficiency, and DevOps culture within the team.
