Teachers- Home Based Early Childhood Educator

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Individual Sessions :
• Deliver 30-45 minute individual sessions using our screen-free activity plans to foster cognitive, motor, and socio-emotional development.
• Customize pacing and content for each child and provide concise progress feedback to parents.
• Session Management & Reporting :
• Maintain attendance, session notes, and basic reports through our mobile app for record-keeping and parent updates.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct while in clients' homes.
• Collaboration & Continuous Learning :
• Attend periodic skill-up sessions and share valuable insights with the academic team to improve the teaching approach.
