Director - Hospital Operations

Job location - Thrissur, Kerala

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead hospital operations in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
• Manage P&L accountability, driving financial performance and sustainable growth.
• Oversee patient-care facilities, clinical support functions, and non-clinical services to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Implement and monitor operational policies, processes, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliances.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives across departments to improve patient experience, safety, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to enhance service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to meet operational and strategic objectives.
