Job description

We're a remote-first software agency helping B2B startups scale with strong engineering foundations, clean code and modular architecture.

Our team builds world-class engineering teams and you'll work directly with our founders to design hiring processes that bring in talented engineers who write maintainable code.

About the Role :

  • Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
  • Building systems assessing skills, mindset and fit
  • Pipeline creation for engineers solving real problems and writing thoughtful code

Your Profile :

  • 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience in a startup or agency
  • Excellent at spotting red flags and hidden gems
  • Leverage AI and build systems to move faster designing a hiring process filtering for long-term contributors
  • Understanding what clean code and self-driven engineering looks like even if you're not a coder
